Cinnamon Biscuit Balls
I’ve been on a serious carb kick lately. A cheese kick, too. Also, sugar. Oh, and bacon.
These “kicks” of mine have lasted about 10 years now. Huh. Maybe I should see a doctor about this?
These little biscuit balls aren’t full of cheese or bacon, but they are deliciously carby with just the perfect hint of sugar. Well, it’s just a hint of sugar if you don’t drown these balls in caramel like my kids did. I kind of preferred the lightly sweetened version myself, but the kids were all about covering the entire thing in caramel and then dripping said caramel all over the dining room.
Kids are messy.
These balls are delicious.
Yes, I just said balls are delicious. Grow up.
Or don’t. I giggled about that a little, too.
These would be a perfect treat for breakfast with a bit of fresh fruit on the side, but they also make delicious little snacks when dipped in warmed caramel sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 tablespoons sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Caramel ice cream topping, for dipping, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix half of the sugar with the cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a stand mixer until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop out tablespoonfuls of dough and roll into a ball.
- Roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve warm, with or without caramel dipping sauce.

Oh now these sound delightful!
YUM! These little guys look fantastic and sound like such a wonderful Fall treat! Bookmarked, can’t wait to try these out
I love that you said balls on your blog. I think I’m rubbing off on you.
My grandma always made me cinnamon sugar biscuits and they were delicious! Much like I think these would be.
Yummy!
Yummy! My littles would love those biscuits. I cannot wait to try them!
I think I’d love them with and without the caramel. Ohhh, I wish I had some now!!
You said balls were delicious. And I can’t stop giggling.
i’ve been on a cinnamon kick for 28 years now. okay, maybe i didn’t fully appreciate those first few years, but you understand. these ball rock, and i love the idea of a caramel dipping sauce!
I was totally going to make these tonight, but then I realized that I don’t have any Bisquick :c
This is definitely on my to-make list though! Man these look freaking delicious.
Do you think we could be sisters from another mister?? I seriously have been craving something like this….or pie, cake, muffins, whatever. I will definitely make these and, if there are enough, I will share with the grands.
Thanks so much for sharing!

Those look simple and fantastic and I think I would like to take a bath in that warm caramel sauce.
I just wanted to say that you are awesome and I love your sense of humor. And I giggled, too.
These look delicious !
Oh man. I made these once as the recipe said, and they were good. Then I made them again and substituted apple cider for the milk (and added a little more cinnamon to the batter) and they were AMAZING. Thanks!
YUM! I had some leftover cinnamon chips from another recipe and added them to the batter. Oh, man, these were AWE-SOME! (said while singing and clouds parting in sky with sun beams falling from heaven). Thanks!
Just the fact that you giggled over “delicious balls” makes me want to bake them. Keep up with funny (and good) work!! We love it!
